I never seen anyone having the exact same troubles as me so I come here in desperate need of answer. factory reset the phone, with and without data transfer.Update my phone ( I did every update each time a new was released since mid-December).I tried so much thing to fix it I think i will forget things I did but here is a list of what I already try many time: If I connect my airpods the sounds will work inside it and I will be able to play videos or music and be able to make call. Sometimes my iPhone would just crash and reboot itself too, so I assume there are some crash logs somewhere. Now if I restart my iPhone sound and vibration works for 5 seconds or so and I have like a 5% chance of it to work perfectly without any bug for approximately 1 day. But after like 4 or 5 days it wasn’t fixing it anymore. At first I would just restart the device and it would work fine again. For no apparant reason, sounds, vibration, video charging stopped working. Since mid-December now, my iPhone started to have some weird bugs. Has anyone experienced this and solved it? How? I have even cleaned the jack free of any debris (there was almost none) still the issue persists. I have updated the software and restarted it many many times. Even whilst recording a video through the camera app, no sound is recorded. I can't send voice messages, or make calls with the phone. When I try to use any application that requires the mic on the iPhone, it doesn't work. On top of this, I am suddenly not able to make useful calls. On my iPhone 7 the sound will only come out of the speaker on the phone itself. I have also tried them on an iPad Mini’s lighting port and a friend’s iPhone 7 (they all work fine on these other devices). I have tried several different sets of lightning earpods as well. However, since this event, no sound will play out of any lightning style headphones when plugged in. After restarting my iPhone over and over for 20 minutes, trying to get it load past the Apple logo, it finally booted up completely. I turned the phone off, and back on, only to have it get stuck on the Apple logo upon reboot. I tried several times to removed and reinsert the earpods. This time the sound was no longer coming out of the earpods, it persisted to play through the iPhone speakers instead. I simply unplugged the earpods and roughly an hour later I plugged then back into the lightning jack again. This morning I was listening to music on my iPhone 7, using my Apple lightning cable earpods without any issues.
